Twilio acquisition in 2020 added CDP (Customer Data Platform) features. Trade-off: pricing per-MTU (monthly tracked user) gets steep at scale, and the Twilio integration has been uneven. Best for product-led teams instrumenting customer events that need to land in 5+ downstream tools.
